St Paul on the road to Damascus

Year 6 have been studying the conversion of St Paul in RE. The class produced some stunning oil pastel drawings.

Year 6 Assembly

Today Year 6 gave a fantastic class assembly on the theme of seeing. During the assembly the class told the story of St Paul on the Road to Damascus & the story of Jesus healing the blind man.

Today, Reception Class & Year 6 celebrated class Mass together.

3D drawings using 3D glasses

Year 6 finished our ‘Back to the future’ topic by exploring 3D art. The children undertook 3D drawings using 3D glasses.

Making future clothes from throwaway items

Today Year 6 have been thinking about the clothes of the future as part of their 'Back to the Future' topic.  We thought about the environmental dangers facing our planet and how large clothes manufactures are seeking to make more of their products from recycled items, such as plastic bottles. The class was set the challenge of making clothes of the future from throwaway items.
