Today's act of Catholic Social Teaching focuses on human dignity. We believe that everyone is special. Year 1 talked about how some people use sign language to communicate. They then learnt the sign language for some of the words in their fantastic video.

Year 5 have been thinking about the environmental dangers facing our planet and how large clothes manufacturers are seeking to make more of their products from recycled items, such as recycled plastic bottles. The class was set the challenge of making clothes from throwaway items.

Today's act of Catholic Social Teaching focuses on the common good. Year 1 talked about how it feels when people say thank you for the good things that we do. They decided to write thank letters to the people that help them learn and grow every day at school. Today’s Jolly Postman made an amazing job at delivering the letters at the end of the day.
