This afternoon Year 1 had a go at making their own suspension bridges, following in the footsteps of Isambard Kingdom Brunel.

Not only did they show their engineering skills, they also demonstrated resilience, imagination, creativity and teamwork.
Oh, and the only resources they had were spaghetti, marshmallows, sellotape and string!!!!
